Return on Credit card EMI

Hi, I bought an iPhone 13 using Credit Card EMI option and I've also opted for trade in

The courier service rejected my trade in so, I have to return my device (cancelling the order).

Will I get my full refund, if so how many days will it take for it to reflect in my account....

However, I have noticed that the same iPhone model is now available at my local Apple Store. I am considering the option to buy the iPhone directly from the store to get it sooner and cancel my online order. I would like to know: Is it possible to cancel my online order and receive a full refund back to my debit card?
