Cardio Finess not recording

On my iPhone 13 Pro Cardio Fitness stopped recording. I called Apple support and TECH GURU suggested things that we jointly checked out. He suggested that iPhone sync overnight would fix the issue. After 12 hours the issue was still there. I called Apple support the next day and talked with a different Wizard. She told me that Cardio Fitness ONLY records ONLY with outdoor exercise. When asked why the recording were being made from February 2020 to April 2024. She had no explanation. I told the WIZARD that my exercise was indoor and outdoor I always press indoor walking on my iWatch Model 2094.

I thought to check the information on another iPhone SE and the data is being recorded for the last TWO plus years. That tells me that a lower model iPhone can record the Cardio Fitness information but higher model can't. All this does not make sense.

I just wonder about the expertise of the Apple Wizards.
