Paranoid about having Malware

Hello, I have an iPhone 14 pro. I've been worried about inadvertently installing malware on my device because of a website I visited that people use. (it contains pop ups but I always close them) My phone works fine, no suspicious apps and no overheating, I'm paranoid and thinking about resetting my phone for the second time but I don't wanna backup any hidden malware. What do I do?

Just because you are paranoid, it doesn't mean that they are out to get you.

If you haven't clicked on any links in the pop ups and haven't installed unknown software, your phone is fine.

You are going to get some annoying pop ups no matter what you do, just like you are going to get some junk mail or junk phone calls.

If you really are worried, you can run Safety Check on your phone, but I don't think you will find anything to be concerned about.

Avoid at all costs installing any type of software that claims to "clean", "speed up", "protect", etc your phone.

The scammers are most successful when they are able to scare their victims. Just because you visit a site and it says you have a virus, does not mean you have a virus. Don't be a victim and fall for there techniques to get you to give them money or your personal information. It may be helpful to review the guidelines on phishing scams as well to better prepare yourself what to expect from these scammers.
