Is signing out of icloud on my iphone 13 limited to just that device?
I am planning to sell an iPhone 13. I've read several help articles on what to do, but I'm not clear on the iCloud step. I can do this from my MacBook Air.

Apple has a couple of support articles to show you how to sign out of iCloud. That specific step is described as:
Sign out of iCloud and the iTunes & App Store.
- If you’re using iOS 10.3 or later, tap Settings > [your name]. Scroll down and tap Sign Out. Enter your Apple ID password and tap Turn Off.
Follow the steps in the first linked document to prepare your iPhone for disposal, and sign out of your iCloud account from the iPhone itself.
