Iphone 11 stuck on recovery mode after being on DFU

My iphone 11 was having a wifi issue so I decided to bring it to DFU mode and restore it to factory settings (I backed everything up beforehand)

I put in in dfu and it showed on my mac (catalina OS, uo to date) and I clicked on Restore.

The restore process failed The phone got stuck on the apple logo with an 90% bar.

After a while it went black and when trying to boot up it has the "plug to the computer" screen.

When I plug it in, my mac recognizes that it needs to be restored or updated but none of them work. When updating I get this screen:

I tried a newer mac which gave the same issue, and I haven't yet tried widnows iTunes. I have tried different chords as well.

Any ideas on what to do?
