i have broken my iPhone 8 and I had to start using a different iPhone but I forgot my Apple ID that I had on that phone. So I was wondering if there is a way to recover the email from it

Uh, to me not knowing my email address is like not knowing my name. :-/
Typically an Apple ID is an email address you have used. If you are currently using a mobile device that is logged into your account, go to Settings and tap your name at the top.
Look in Keychain, and in a browser's security settings if you use it to automatically sign into Apple when using a browser.
