Microphones Connected to Phone But Audio Only Goes Through IPhone Mic

I have numerous wireless lavaliers and USB Microphones that I typically use with my IPhone. For months they have been working perfectly fine, but as of recently every time I try recording with them the audio is only taken in by the IPhone Microphone despite the microphones being connected. My microphones are connecting perfectly fine to the phone and have no issues with them, but this randomly has just started happening. This happens with all the microphones I plug in regardless of the brand/functionality so it's not an issue with the microphones. Even when I check the settings to make sure they are connected it says that they are. I have also made sure the apps I record with (YouTube, TikTok, Camera) allow for the microphone connection and they are set on as well. Since I know that these microphones are compatible, what can I do to fix this?
