My wifi is working with Safari, but other third-party applications and Apple applications don’t work

The problem started a few days ago, safari works and i can actually search stuff up, yes it takes awhile to load but it works. but apps like “Weather” or “Instagram” and “Tiktok” tell me that theres no internet connection despite that its telling me I'm connected to my wifi when i go to the control center, but whenever i exit out the wifi icon doesn't pop up

i restarted my ipad, resetted my network settings, switched to another wifi, Nothing is fixing this problem

update: Yes, its on the lastest IOS update.
