How do I stop my Apple Watch from hurting my wrist?

I've waited years for an Apple watch and now have tried the Series 9 GPS w/Cellular, both the sport loop an sport band and still have strain, pain in the left wrist, hand and up the arm into shoulder and neck. I tried placing the watch on right wrist, and felt some pain, but not as severe. After feeling the pain while wearing the 1st watch with sport loop band, I called Apple and they made an appointment at the local Apple store where it was suggested that the issue was the band and to return watch and order a new watch with the sport band. I did and experiencing the same results. Very disappointed that it appears I will not be able to wear an Apple watch. Also, I never set up the cellular service on either watch. I really hope that Apple does some research on this issue because the more I research, it is very apparent that many other Apple watch customers are experiencing similar symptoms and also cannot wear the watch. Would love to hear from Apple and any other customers who might have found a way to resolve the pain issue. Thanks.

Consult your primary care physician. If you think it’s neuropathy you need to seek professional advice and treatment. You might also have a repetitive motion disorder similar to carpal tunnel syndrome.

I had a wife that had carpal tunnel and she couldn’t wear a watch. The frequent twisting of her wrist to view the time (this was years ago before smart watches) aggravated her condition.
