I don't know of anything that can do this CapCut style captions inside FCP but Captionator and maybe Descript could get close. Others may have additional suggestions.
I don't know of anything that automatically creates colors and fonts. It's not difficult to select text in the inspector and change its color or font.
Those are manually created, you know.
