Verification fails when trying to sign-in to the Apple App on our Roku TV
I'm trying to sign in to the Apple app on our Roku TV. I keep getting a message on the TV saying:
Verification Failed
There were errors signing you in.
Wait a moment, then try again.
I tried again. And again and again. Honestly, it's quite frustrating.
I tried scanning the QR code with my phone and then signing in on my phone. My sign-in on my phone was successful and it said my TV would refresh. The TV looked like it was signing in and then it gave that error message.
I tried signing in directly to the app on the TV, being very careful to enter everything correctly. Same error message.
I have triple-checked to make sure my Apple ID and password are correct. I have rebooted the TV.
What could be wrong?
