iOS shortcut to clear all notifications or to clear notifications by app

I am seeking to implement a Shortcut to clear notifications from the Notification Center: either to clear all notifications, or (better) by app. I don’t see the necessary functions in the Shortcuts app. Is there another way to do this via a Shortcut, or are we constrained to switch to the Notification Center>Clear All, etc. ?
