How can I track my stolen MacBook when "Find My" is Off ?

Hello my MacBook has been stolen my find my isn’t activated what can I do?

Please follow these instructions: If your Mac is lost or stolen - Apple Support, specifically those under "If you can't find your Mac or didn't set up Find My."
