Hi, Im from the Philippines. my Macbook Air 2019 was stolen yesterday. Find My is On, however, I shut it down before it got stolen. how will I find it?
I already put it in the Lock Mode, will I be able to locate it as soon as somebody turned it ON, its password protected though.

Although Macs don't have GPS, they do use the Find My network that uses both Bluetooth detection by nearby devices (that's how AirTags work) as well as Wi-Fi/cellular.

So it is possible that your Mac will be located by Find My.
