When I try to respond to my assistant and I hit reply, the email responds to myself instead of the email I’m trying to reply to. It occasionally replies to the correct recipient but intermittently responds to myself, meaning I receive the email and not my assistant. Can someone please help how I resolve this issue?

Getting Mail to Work Correctly:
Remove the account, and then add it back. If using an app password, then try using a new one, prior to the add-back. As an example, here is how you would create one for AOL: Create and manage 3rd-party app passwords - AOL
