Why does Support reply with emails you cannot reply to

The email received is not complete. It say nothing exactly but alludes to a problem not stated or spelled out. The email also say that I cannot reply because the mailbox is not monitored for replies. So why send a partial response. Why don’t they communicate completely?? Apple Support does not live up to expectations!!!

Why does Support reply with emails you cannot reply to

Apple Support wouldn’t typically do email communication. This user-to-user forum is not Apple Support. Any emails from Apple Support Communities (this forum) regarding post activity from here, are about threads that you would follow or have authored or have participated in, or topics that you have subscribed to. You can manage whether or not to receive each of such message types in your ASC profile.

So why send a partial response.

If this is indeed about the activity emails from ASC, then click the gray quote box to go to that thread in a web browser. The complete reply from another user should be there.

You are not addressing Apple here but other end users. We cannot answer "Why did Apple..." questions because we have no more insight into their internal policies and issues than you unless Apple publishes it. You cannot get an official answer here. Complaints are beyond the scope of these user forums.
