Why am I getting error message 'You need to authenticate' on my iPad?
Get this error message when trying to save a file on my iPad 5th generation. How do I authenticate.

Are you attempting to save files to Google Drive, or to Adobe - as both are installed on your iPad?
If yes, you may need to open the respective App - and authenticate using the appropriate account credentials - before you will be able to save files to that storage location.
