Help! My orientation is correct but facing upside down.
How can I sort it?

Did you check both settings for the orientation, the position of the Digital Crown and the wrist your are wearing your watch?
To see your settings at a glance, open the Watch App on your iPhone, go to My Watch/General/Watch Orientation
