Does the "Erase All Data" option on iPhone overwrite everything?
Hey so I just reset my iPhone for performance I wanted to know if erase all data option on iPhone overwrites everything on the device

You will be asked whether or not you want to keep your existing SIM or eSIM configuration before the phone is erased.
If you choose Yes, the existing settings with your carrier will be preserved and everything else will be erased.
If you choose No, everything will be erased.
