The banks only allow Apple to display limited amounts of data about transactions. Apple basically only has very limited data that the banks share. Each bank is different in what and for hope long that data is shared. If you want complete information on Apple Pay transactions, please look at the issuing bank’s website or mobile app.

There is no unified “ApplePay” listing.

The issuer of each card maintains and provides any detailed transaction listing.
