Can I add prepaid card for Apple ID like Meeza in Egypt ?

Check your valid payment methods as suggested in a previous post, but Apple tends not to list particular kinds of cards. In general, in practice prepaid card are not accepted since they are not true debit or credit cards. You can use one to purchase an Apple gift card, but if this is because you are being asked to enter a card as a payment method then even that may not work. Apple often wants to see a true credit or debit card.
