why does Siri not work for the action that used to work when I said Siri redial on speaker? It used to redial a call on speaker but now all it does is redial and I need to put it on speaker manually is there anyway I can fix this?

My iPhone is already up to date with the latest iOS 17.5.1 software but this is still occurring where the iPhone won’t redial on speaker when I use Siri, when I say Siri redial on speaker, what do you suggest I do now to resolve this issue that I’m continuing to have?
