Fitness app is not active at all (not on Watch nor in iphone).
Tried to all recommended steps with location, wrist correction, unpair and reset all - didn't help. Pls advise what to do??? Thanks a lot!

You can not start a workout for your Apple Watch on your iPhone.
Are you tapping on the little workout icon on your watch face, or on the app itself by pressing the Digital Crown and selecting the default workout app on the watch?
Did you already try to erase the watch, then pair it again, setting it up as a new Apple Watch, without using the backup?

Does "not active" mean, you can see the Apple Workout app on your watch, but you can not start it by taping on it and choosing a workout type?
Or is there no Workout app to be found at all?
Yes, that’s correct - I can see it but when I tap on it - it’s dead. It’s all there, both on watch and iPhone but not functioning
