I wan’t to FaceTime one specific person, but I can’t do it trough the phones app, only through the FaceTime app. With others everything works fine. How could I fix it.
I have an iPhone 13pro, the other phone is an 15pro
We both are on the newest update, WiFi or cellular is not the problem.
Any help?

On the phone app click the name of the person you want to call, then click video-call and facetime.
