wordpress on ipad pro

I am using my iPad Pro v2 to edit my blog on Wordpress. It has become apparent that the homepage experiences a weird bounce using parallax scrolling to transition to the content. I have experienced this on my iPad and a gen 6 and 2 gen 8’s.

On every other Apple product the bounce does not exit. I have contacted the author and he has offered to create a fix if it is indeed a plugin issue. Furthermore he has inform me that my iPad is stretching the image to 2,732 x 2,048 pixels and the image was designed to be restricted to 2000 x 1200 pixels.

Can anyone advise whether they have experienced or seen anything like this before.
