Deleting a person from entire photot library
I would like remove all photos of a person in my entire album. Is there a way to have the iphone scan and remove a specific persons face and all photos the face is in automatically?

If this person has a People album, you can select them all and (using the 3 dots menu) delete them all at once. There may still be pictures with this person's head that Photos didn't recognize, and you'll have to trash those one by one.
These pictures will go to Recently Deleted for 30 days and then be automatically removed from everything forever. You don't have to look at them in that album. My advice would be to resist the temptation to prematurely delete them from there, and rather wait the 30 days to see how you feel in a month.
