iPhone 13 Pro Max Keyboard Glitch

So I've reset my keyboard to factory settings, restarted my phone multiple times, cleaned the screen multiple times, and my iphone's keyboard is still glitching.

If I open certain apps, I can get the keyboard to appear, but it won't let me interact with it. If I try to search in other apps, I can't click the search bar to bring up the keyboard. I've done everything short of factory reset my phone, because that's a hassle and I don't even know if it will help. I don't have a software update, so I don't know what to do.
