iPhone 15 won't draw power from different power sources

I had my iPhone 15 for a few months now, and I just noticed I'm only able to charge it with a wall brick (not necessarily original) and wirelessly (even though it heats up too fast and charges way too slow).

When I try to charge it in my car (with a cable, even the original one) or with some USB-A-to-USB-C cable (from USB-A wall sockets for example) or power banks - it won't charge! It won't even "notice" I plugged it to the power.

I never had this issue with my older iPhones (the last one was iPhone XR).

Is there some way to make it work?

Is it normal for it not to draw power from all those power sources I mentioned?

I feel like I upgraded my iPhone and now my user experience has worsen so badly...
