I'm using iPad Pro (2nd Gen), already added my Fingerprint yet had to update/added it again from time to time as the Touch ID doesn't recognize my fingerprint.

But this time, the Touch ID doesn't work and i got a pop-up notice 'Touch ID unable to setup in this device'... And this issue started only after i updated ton iPadOS 17.5.1 ... Please help🙏 (Already done ' Reset all settings and Removed all existing fingerprint'

As described, your TouchID sensor is likely to have a fault and may require repair.

My iPad 10th using touch ID since day 1 I received it. Always updated to latest iPadOS. Still use the touch ID unlock it on yesterday morning, then it suddenly popup “Unable to activate touch ID on this iPad” at noon. Done all the fixing methods but the issue remains. The passcode is my only protection for now. Waiting for next update hope it can fix the issue. Any suggestion?
