Wifi Issues with Brand New MacBook Pro M3 Pro chip
I have recently got myself a MacBook Pro 16 with M3 Pro chip for work. I have had this machine for just over a month, and have started to have WiFi issues in the past few days. I originally thought it was everybody, but asking multiple of my coworkers, no one has a similar issue. Even I do not have a similar issue on my iPhone.
I read all the discussions in below thread, and tried the semi-solutions presented. None are working for me. The connection is so slow that prevents me from doing my work. This happens especially when I am in the office of ~20 people, but also when I am at home.

As mentioned multiple times in the above thread, this is OBVIOUSLY a problem with the MacBook M3, whether software or hardware problem. No other device on the same network is experiencing a similar issue, and multiple of these are Macs as well.

Per our company requirements, we have the below filter/proxy installed on all our machines. I am unable to disable it right now, but can ask to see if I can test without. Not sure if this can cause any issues at all or not.
I am hoping to find a solution to this, as this is basically preventing me from doing my work as usual.
Thanks for any insight or suggestions in advance.
