MSN username and password not recognized

For some time now I continually get an error message that my MSN username and password are not recognized when opening my IOS mail on any of my devices, being IPhone 13 Pro, 9th Gen IPad and my MacBook Air 14.5. I usually delete the account and reload it. After 10-15 minutes and entering my credentials 5-10 times it will work.

Any idea what is going on and how I can fix this?

My MacBook Pro can't verify my account name or password I wasn't able to get or receive mail on my Mac Pro (2013) MacOS High Sierra. It couldn't verify the account name or password. I deleted my mail account and tried to add it back and I still get the same message. My mail account still works properly on my Iphone 13. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
