System Settings popping up and crashing randomly

After all, it is they to Forced the un-Name Software too run in the background are they not ?

It's not caused by an unnamed software, I was able to isolate the issue being caused by Proofpoint software, am just reaching out to check if anyone has similar experience and if there's any workaround while I wait for my IT's response.
