IPHONE 13 PRO MAX FACE ID DISABLED

I accidentally dropped my phone in water, i immediately picked it and dried it (max of time it was under water may be 15 seconds), everything is fine, charging port, speaker but my face ID has been disabled, i don’t know if it is because it just happened and i have to wait some hours for it to be okay or what? help please
