Hi my AirPods seems to not be connect to my iCloud like I can use them and they’re connect to my Bluetooth but it’s not on my iCloud profile and I can’t connect them to find my iPhone. I know they are real because I checked the serial number but idk why it’s not showing up.

Valid serial numbers are counterfeited en-masse.
Presumably - based on your comments - you didn’t purchase these from Apple or an Authorized reseller.
Therefore, they are in all likelihood counterfeits and you’re seeing the resulting “performance.”
Sure.
The counterfeiter uses their ill-gotten gains and buys themselves 1 set of genuine AirPods.
Then THAT number is duplicated on the next “run” of their fakes.
That way purchasers “run the number” and think they’re getting a genuine product.
So even tho the serial number is valid the AirPods can still be fake
