I am going for a battery replacement soon at Apple Store Brent Cross Shopping Centre and was wondering if they use genuine apple parts aswell. I am not talking about Apple I am talking about the shopping centre Apple store if they use it or not.

You can be sure that an Apple Store or an authorized Apple service shop will always use genuine Apple parts for service.
Why?
If a non-genuine part was installed, there would be a notice appearing on the phone of an "Unknown Part" and it would be obvious that the shop did not follow proper procedures.
