Have Company Name Appear on iPhone NOT First/Last

I know on the Mac if you go into Contacts, you can simply check a checkbox that means when the contact is displayed, it will show the Company name. This is a trivial bit of coding. I go to the iPhone and I cannot find the Company checkbox (yes if I do it on the Mac it displays Company on the iPhone). But I add contacts from my iPhone (I have an iPhone 12 Pro with ios 17.5.1) all the time when people ring from a specific company for example.

What am I missing, where is it in the iPhone contacts.

Please don't tell me a Trillion $$$ company didn't do something that as simple as allowing the Company to display instead of first/last when they obviously recognise the need (in macOS) and are trying to sell their multi-thousand dollar phones as premium business devices?
