Wondering if this is a new ringtone you just installed, To troubleshoot:
eg: Use tones and ringtones - Apple Support
or
whether you are not getting a ringtone for all calls,
or
whether this is a ringtone you use for a specific person that is not ringing ....

You may want to check your phone is not accidentally in "Silent" mode,
and
that you do not have "Do Not Disturb" turned on.
You could also take a look at the "Contacts" card for the person you use the ringtone for, to ensure ringtone is not set to "none".
If your iPhone is just not working as expected:
Try updating your iPhone to the newest iOS version, (Settings > General > Software update)
or if iOS 17.5.1 is already installed, re-starting your iPhone can sometimes help restore things to normal:
