It depends on the payment method that was used.
- Store credit: up to 48 hours (after approval)
- Mobile phone billing: up to 60 days (after approval)
- All other payment methods: up to 30 days (after approval)

My daughter’s MacBook has a line going through the screen. I went to Apple support and long story short. It is no longer under warranty. However, the first time she had that problem she got it fixed under warranty. Is there anything IMy daughters MacBook has a line going through the screen. Is there anything I can do besides pay $750 for it to be fixed?

If the computer is no longer under warranty, you will need to pay to have it repaired. That's the way warranties work.

Either because you didn’t click “Allow” when the app first asked, or there is a restriction in Settings/Screen Time, or perhaps a restriction set by parental controls, or by a business or school if you have an email address with that institution.
