Telegram app accesed microphone and camera randomly

Hello,

I was texting on telegram but then went to home screen to do something else when I seen telegram accesing microphone was camera for few seconds out of nowhere. I swiped the control center to see what is doing it and it was telegram. I never had something like this happened. Is it security concern of compromised phone or could it just be a bug? Anyone has any ideas or same issue? Thank you !
