Blue ink splatters on my screen?

I dropped my iPhone 14 yesterday and it didn’t really crack the screen that bad tbh. But, my screen had a major white line down the left side and then after a while blue ink smudges started to appear. The ink smudges got progressively worse but the screen was still working fine, minus the part where the white line is… I went to bed and this morning I woke up to 3/4 of my phone screen being out.. It still works, my alarm went off and everything, I just can’t see the screen. Would a screen replacement be the only thing I need done?
