How can I stop my mom's Apple ID from being prompted for app downloads on my iPhone 12?

i recently got a new iphone 12, ios version 17.3.1, however if i try to install an app that I had on my old iphone, (i did do a data transfer when setting up the new iphone so i have my apple ID and all my data) but when i try to install the apps it requires my moms apple ID verification and prompts me to type in her apple ID password, the screentime is not activated and i am logged into my apple ID in every app, (messages, icloud, appstore, etc). I don't want to have to keep typing in her password for my apps and then also require a 2FA code just to download something.

Edit: I had the same issue on my old iphone 8+

That means that you originally downloaded those apps using your Mom’s Apple ID. You need to delete them, then download them using your Apple ID, and, if they weren’t free, pay for them again.
