I unable to send a message on my patient portal (MyChart) from my iPad
I’m using a new iPad mini gen 6. I cannot send a message on my patient portal (MyChart). I can sign in and read test results, etc., but when I write a message, send won’t work. Support at MyChart says the problem is the device, end of discussion. I do NOT have this problem on my decidedly older MacBook Pro (2015).
