set up for "renewed" 2017 ipad

The set up was hung up by need for previous users login credentials. It appears their company required remote management permission....and you have to login as the previous user to get beyond that point. Any options other than return.?

Contact the person/retailer/seller you purchased from. They will need to do the required steps and have the remote management removed. Or you will need to return for a refund or exchange if that is an option
