Returning a removed person to my people, places and pets

I accidentally removed a person from my people, pets, places photos.i wish to return her to the section along with her name. I can search for her by name and hundreds of photos come up, but i am not able to return her photo and name to the People, Pets, section.

To add someone to the People & Pets album:

Open a photo of the person or pet that you want to add.
Tap the Info button, then tap the face of the person or pet with a question mark.
Tap Name This Person or Name This Pet and type their name or tap the name if it shows up.
Tap Next, then tap Done.

Here are the steps to add an individual to People & Pets:

Select the photo (from the Photos app).
Tap the circled (i) at the bottom of the screen.
Tap the circled thumbnail with the ❓mark.
From the menu that appears, tap All Photos.
Tap the circled ellipses … (upper-right corner of the screen).
From the menu that appears, tap Add This Person to People & Pets.
Follow any additional prompts that may appear.
