Does a case for the IPhone Pro Max 15 that has a removable clear protected lens cover exist? If not would somebody please make it?!?

I want a IPhone Pro Max 15 Case that:

(1) Has lens protectors that are made of a material that covers the lens itself so that the lenses don't accidentally get scratched. ( I don't care if those lenses are sapphire coated -- you can read examples of uncovered scratched lenses everywhere. As a former videographer I would not think of carrying or putting a camera away without lens protection unless it's in a case.)

(2) Allows me to see through the lenses and lens cover before I decide to shoot -- particularly if it's a sudden opportunity -- which means that the protective lens cover has to be CLEAR and not opaque as many are.

(3) But now if it's a transparent material -- glass or something else - I want to remove JUST the lens cover because I really don't want to be shooting through anything else if they went to that much trouble to make those lenses. No matter how clear the clear lens protector is it will lower the clarity. So those lens covers are either flip up or slide over. Because removing the entire protective IPhone case is a pain.

Last: I carry my iphone in my pocket because I'm too used to not having to have a separate carry case for it and I don't want to start doing that. (Wha? Now we're starting with IPhone carry purses?)

Does this exist? Please point me in the direction -- because I know I'm not crazy.
