App offered free trial and charged me immediately and Apple won’t refund me.
I recently got an ad for this Eato app and downloaded it. It offered me a seven day free trial trial and I never received that because as soon as I accepted the seven day free trial, it proceeded to charge me $31.79 the exact same day. No free trial was given at all. I disputed the charge With Apple and they will not refund me and I also disputed the no refund the decision and they still said no refund. I have proof not only for me but from the App Store in the comment section that other people have had this problem and have been charged hundreds of dollars from this app and Apple will not refund them. What can I do? I don’t want to have to dispute this with my bank. I’ve added some screenshots of the comment section of this app and other people are having the Same issue. I want my refund how do I get a refund after Apple denied my decision twice.
