People are watching endangered sea turtles breach from the ground and head to the sea. The iPhone flashlight is disruptive to their imprinting process. Baby turtles follow the light instead of going to the ocean to begin their journey. Is there a way on the iPhone to turn the flashlight red in Settings? This is much less disruptive to the baby turtles.
There is no way to turn the flashlight red. So people should NOT use an inappropriate light source to watch baby turtles make their way to the beach. That's just common sense (not accusing you of doing so).
