MacBook Pro 2020 13” dead pixels

Replacing the screen in a MacBook Pro can run $800 or more $US. It can be half the price of a new computer. I would make an appointment on the Apple web site and take it in for service to see if there is anything other than replacing the screen that can be done. Independently operated Apple Certified Service Providers can also be located on the web site and they are sometimes more flexible about these types of repairs than the Apple Stores.

I think 3 dead pixels is the industry standard for when a repair is warranted but that may have changed over the years. Replacing the laptop screen is probably the most expensive repair one can do for a laptop.

This might be something you have to simply cope with until you have the resources to repair or replace the computer.

lets see a bigger screenshot not a zoomed in pic like you show.

Let Apple tell you what is the issue, and make some decision from there.
