Display issue of MacBook M1 (2020)

Last August I purchased MacBook Air M1 2020 serial number FVFHN3U2Q6L4

device from Srilanka and after the 6 months I found three dead pixels on my screen. after I went to the shop where I brought and they didn't care about the laptop. they told me it is not their responsibility . However they said they will claim apple care warranty and confirmed to sort out this issue Asap. However after the 1 month I got my MacBook from service but I can and noticed some bubbles are in my screen beyond the screen . It can see it whenever the MacBook shutdown. I really disappointed about their quality of products and their services also .

Please give me an option or some recommendation to solve this problem as soon as possible .

Hey harshana33,

We’d be happy to point you in the best direction for support. This is a user-to-user forum, so if you’re having a hardware issue with your display, you’d need to bring your Mac into a local Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) for repair. That would be the only way to get this fixed. If not satisfied with the repair completed at the AASP you last visited, you’re more than welcome to visit another location nearby.

We hope this helps out.

Take care!
