This sounds trickier than it really is.
Your-mail is essentially used only an “identifier” for YOUR Apple Persona known as your AppleID.
This AppleID “identifier” can be virtually ANY e-mail address over which you have authority.
If you want to use a different e-mail as this identifier for your AppleID, you simply execute the “Change” as described in the below-linked article.
In this way, all of your apps and subscriptions “stay with your AppleID” similarly your other AppleID settings and passwords don’t change.
